The Rob Roy is a good way to spruce up Monkey Shoulder Whisky. It has the look of a Manhattan with the taste of this whisky blend.
Ingredients
- 50ml Monkey Shoulder Whisky
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes of angostura bitters
- Orange Zest
Preperation
- Combine Monkey Shoulder, vermouth and Angostura bitters
- Stir cocktail over ice until very cold
- Strain into Chilled Martini or Coupette Glass
- Garnish with orange zest twist
