La Paz, pronounced “la pas,” means “Peace” in Spanish, and is also the capital city of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur.
For the owner/manager, Wouter, Peace can come from a great food experience, which is exactly what he and his team aspire to bring to each guest; a food experience so good, it will leave you in a state of peaceful bliss.
