- The amuse-bouche offers a choice between the Reserve Sauvignon Blanc / Chenin Blanc Blend 2023, paired with either a Kingklip Fish Cake or Smoked Potato & Green Pea Fritter, complemented by pineapple, corn, roasted red pepper salsa, and smoked mayonnaise.
- The starter features the Platinum Old Bushvine Chenin Blanc 2021, served with a delightful Cauliflower Almond Soup, enhanced with crispy onions, roasted garlic oil, and coriander dust.
- For the main course, savor the Platinum Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, paired with Lamb or a Vegetarian En Croute, accompanied by creamed potatoes, roasted butternut puree, green peas, baby carrots, and jus.
