In addition to the launch of the new Sevruga menu, Chef Rikku is launching the new ‘Chef’s Table’, which is an exclusive five-course taster menu (R550 per person) and promises to take diners on a culinary journey of the senses.
The menu launches in August and will continue with demand, it is already proving to be a major success.

The dining experience is based on what fresh ingredients are available on the day with the chef carving out a new dish daily based on availability of only the freshest produce.
Chef Rikku oozes food confidence, you are drawn in by his storytelling about food. He is simply passionate about the whole dining experience and the history and uses of the produce its self.
