Every month The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa holds a stunning evening filled with delectable food and wine where Executive Chef Christo Pretorius and Sommelier, Gregory Mutambe will collaborate with award-winning wine estates to create a superb evening of food and wine especially for wine-lovers.
On Friday, the 26th of August, Kleine Zalze Wines have been invited.
A five course food & wine pairing menu will be on offer for R925 per person starting at 18h00.
Expect seared salmon nigiri, chicken ballantine, pork rib eye, beef fillet as well as a caramel & citrus dessert to end you experience on a sweet note.
