15 Brewers create a new brew for the inaugural City Craft Beer Project – 28 & 29 March 2015!
The Craft Beer Project is thrilled to announce a brand new festival coming to Cape Town. The City Craft Beer Project will be held at the beautiful, spacious River Club on March 28th and 29th 2015. This brand new venue is centrally located in Observatory, offering a stunning outdoor space with views of the mountain and surrounding cityscape.
Each of the 15 breweries on show will be dropping a brand new beer made just for the event.
We’re very excited to try something different, and think you will be too! – co-owners Russ and Greg.
A few of the brewers to look out for are Apollo Brewing Co., Atlantic Storm Brewery, Boston Breweries, Brew Dog, Devil’s Peak, Riot Factory and more. Alongside the breweries, garagistes will ply their wares to the sound of live music from local artists such as Natasha Meister, The Rivertones and The Lone Raynger, while food trucks crank out delicious food for festival goers.
The Craft Beer Project team will also be conducting blind beer tasting. Can you name your favourite beer? Is your favourite actually your favourite, or have the wiles of advertising clouded your judgment? Come find out with our beer experts.
Kids under 12 get in for FREE! Parents also have the option of signing their kids into the access-secured River Rascals Kids Club where they can play safely and under close supervision of trained care-givers.
