HQ is introducing their next Raise The Steaks – Picanha Edition, with the legendary Food Alchemist – Pete Goffe-Wood! Having been a professional chef for the past 31 years, Pete has worked in wonderful restaurants the world over. The author of 3 cookbooks – A Life Digested, Kitchen Cowboys and Blues Restaurant – the essence of Cape Town, Pete is also known for four seasons as a judge on MasterChef SA on MNET. Pete is currently a judge on Ultimate Braai Master season five and six on ETV.
On Wednesday, 14 November, from 7pm in the evening, you can enjoy a menu focused on Picanha, which is a cut of steak near the fat cap of the rump, famous in Argentina and Brazil.
