Come the 1st of May 2022, Die 3 Susters will be hosting a guest popup dining experience at Langtafel op die DUIN in Langebaan.
This event will see a carefully curated and prepared 5-course lunch menu, perfectly paired with their partner in wine, Louisvale Wines Stellenbosch.
The lunch experience will be running from 11h30 until 17h30.
Die 3 Susters was established early in 2021 a trio that is passionate about food, wine and turning every dining experience into an occasion guests will not forget.
Langtafel op die Duin is a dining event run by famed chef, Isabella Niehaus who recently won a global prize in Paris for her culinary innovation and creativity. Die 3 Susters as guests of Ms Niehaus will be sure to give guests a phenomenal and delicious dining experience, accompanied by the blue vistas of the Langebaan shoreline.

COURSE 1
Fresh Oysters with a choice of lemon, tabasco, black pepper and a signature 3 sisters dressing. Blinis topped with salmon, cream cheese and coated with lemon zest. Parmesan tacos with Waldorf style filling. Louisvale MCC Brut Rosé

Blue cheese mousse with figs and topped with smashed peanut brittle. Served with crostini’s and micro herbs. Louisvale Sauvignon Blanc

Caprese salad with nectarines drizzled with olive oil and lemon. Optional anchovy drizzle. Louisvale Chardonnay (Barrel Ferment)
COURSE 4
Slow braised short rib with horseradish mash, coleslaw and beetroot pickle. Louisvale Dominique / Louisvale V Barrels
COURSE 5
Crazy Malva pudding with piped milk tart topping with caramel popcorn. Louisvale MCC Brut Chardonnay
