Each dish is immaculately prepared and combines thoughtfully selected ingredients and exciting flavour combinations, delighting the senses and offering patrons a memorable experience. Dishes include the earthy Asparagus with a stinging nettle velouté and burnt grapefruit essence, and the umami-packed Sourdough served with fried artichoke hearts and mushroom emulsion. The journey continues with unique creations like Tomato tartar, slow-roasted Leek with vadouvan dust, and Broccoli Florets complemented by a watermelon BBQ sauce.
