The Vineyard Hotel is going big this International Burger Day by offering a unique locally inspired creation. It’s a 300g beef burger, Malay-spiced home-made bun, lettuce, tomato, Emmenthaler, hash brown, umami tomato relish, Malay-spiced onions, and hand-cut fries.
