Basic Cooking: 9-12 September, 9:00-12:30
This course is aimed at beginner cooks and people interested in learning basic kitchen skills. Whether you live alone or with a family, you’ll enjoy the simplicity and the sensational tastes that come from basic cooking – plus now you’ll have ideas of what to actually cook and navigate the dangerous utensils that come with it: knives, open flames and hot pots.
What will you learn in this course?
The emphasis is on easy to prepare, healthy dishes & cooking technology with a bit of a difference and is ideal for students, au pairs and beginner home cooks. Learn to manoeuvre the kitchen with a 4 day cooking course, which includes tips demonstrated by the chef, what ingredients to use and store, knife skills and how to prepare delicious and wholesome recipes from start to dessert.
Artisan Bread Course: 25-26 September, 13:30-17:00
Bread is a staple food. We all love the smell of freshly baked breads, and there’s nothing nicer than tucking into a loaf of freshly baked bread straight out of the oven.
What will you learn in this course?
This two-day course teaches the art of bread making, including classic breads such as Ciabatta, Sourdough, Panini and other interesting breads such as Challa, Lavash and Naan. The course also include how to prep, store and use pre-made and ready-made pastries and dough’s.
