Here are some tantalizing examples of what you can expect on the menu:
- Duck Terrine with tamarillo jam, Noble Late Harvest gelée, salad
- Mushroom Potato Croquettes sautéed forest mushrooms, Jerusalem artichoke chips
- Lamb Baron (from Riebeek Kasteel) rolled and slow roasted, with white bean mash, garlic crisps, horseradish and kumara
- Strudel quince and frangipane with spiced sabayon and honey ice cream
