This February, you can make your own bread with two classes at the Makers Landing Demo hosted by The Bread Bar & Bakery.
- 4 February: Brioche Baking Masterclass focusses on cinnamon buns and perfect burger buns.
- 12 February: Think Ciabatta, Focaccia and the starting your own sourdough class. The cooking class includes beer tasting/pairing and cheese platters.
You will be mixing, shaping and baking of your own breads to take home in this class. All equipment is provided for you just need to bring yourself and a friend.
