If you’re a true South African, you’ll know that there are two things that will always remain sacred to us, good food and great Beer.
Brew masters Jan Kaserer and brewer Hennie Blom from Darling Brewery, in Woodstock feel the same way, that’s why they’ve decided to offer a crash course in brewing your very own unique beer!
Brewing classes include lessons on the basics of brewing, as well as a Darling Brew ‘Big Daddy’ beer tasting with 8 of Darling Brews very own custom Beers. It doesn’t end there, along with the crash course in Beer Brewing and Beer tasting, you’ll also get to sample some of finest platters Chef Nalene and her team from restaurant Top Dishes have to offer, because as you know, where there’s great beer, there’s always great food.
Once the course is completed everyone leaves with a 1 litre ‘growler’ of their favourite Darling Brew beer and are invited back in six weeks to collect a 5 litre mini-keg of the Beer you Brewed yourself.
