The Hilton Hotel Cape Town is starting a Chefs Apprentice Program, offering learners to become professional chefs within 3 years. The program will be carried out in cooperation with HTA Johannesburg – South Africa’s leading Culinary Institute. Successful graduates will be awarded with a worldwide recognized City and Guilds certificate.
How it works
3 years block release program – students work at the Hilton Cape Town City Centre and visit the HTA academy 6 weeks per year
The Hilton Cape Town are looking for individuals that are:
- are passionate about food
- are reliable and prepared to make a commitment to the program & work at the hotel
- have completed minimum Grade 10
