- Start with a choice between South Atlantic tuna tataki or Heirloom carrot brûlée, followed by main course of Grilled Outeniqua springbok loin or Grilled linefish and textures of mushroom, with a dessert choice of White-chocolate and berry mille-feuille or honeycomb mousse.
