Join Executive Chef, Tony Kocke, and his dynamic, culinary team for what promises to be an exceptional dinner, paired with wines from Klein DasBosch and Vriesenhof Estate. Winemaker, Nicky Claasens’ winemaking journey was inspired by his father and guided by Jan Boland Coetzee. Exploring the diversity of Stellenbosch, the haunting beauty of Pinot Noir and the elegance and refinement of Chardonnay is his passion.

ZIRA is a the latest addition to the culinary scene of South Africa. The brand is represented by Naz Moosa who will be your guest chef for the evening. She decided to follow her passion of cooking and is in the midst of filming a cooking series and writing a coffee table book of food most loved by iconic women of South Africa.

The evening commences at 19h00 with a glass of Paradyskloof Rosé 2014 served on the terrace, before adjourning to the Plantation Room for dinner.
