For starters, enjoy Langoustine and Salmon – Butter poached langoustine, salmon, lemon oil, spring onion chiffonade, mango cloud and pea puree then for the main, Beef Fillet Mignon – Balsamic poached pear, creamy gorgonzola, fondant potato and béarnaise sauce, finished off with a sweet treat, that of Chocolate, Caramel and Coffee Dessert – Coffee and chocolate soil, toffee almond crumb, caramel coconut mousse and espresso ice cream.
