High Tea Event to celebrate Spring Day at The Oyster Box

Red Carnation Hotels countrywide celebrate Heritage Month with three truly South African dishes, all of which will be available at the three properties throughout the month. Executive Chef Kevin Joseph serves up a traditional ‘Bunny Chow’ at The Oyster Box. The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa Executive Chef Christo Pretorius and Bushmans Kloof Executive Chef Floris Smith have created a tasty ‘Gourmet Boerie Roll’ and a signature ‘Cederberg Bobotie’ respectively.
