The Gourmet Evening offers fine dining that showcases true gourmet cuisine. This platform encourages 1000 Hills students to prepare food to the highest possible standard. Menus are designed to incorporate new skills as students work through their syllabus and give them the chance to showcase and hone their skills.
The much-anticipated gourmets encourage you to indulge your taste buds with five courses available for R585 pp.

Each plated meal is carefully and thoughtfully prepared by the 1000 Hills chefs and specially paired with a chosen wine, to host an evening that will be remembered for a long time.
