To mark the start of summer, Col’Cacchio has launched an innovative new Pizza Salad Bowl, along with an entirely new summer menu!

Their new summer menu features a range of creative dishes, with their show-stopping vegan and vegetarian ‘Pizza Salad Bowl’ aka the ‘Superbowl’ being one of the highlights. A scrumptious salad neatly placed in a charming edible pizza bowl, now that’s something to get excited about!

Col’Cacchio, as always, retains their innovative edge with this new menu. Whether you’re looking for carb-conscious, gluten free, vegetation or vegan options, they offer endless options to satisfy your palate.

Just in time for summer, their new salad selectionprovides a break in the summer heat. Their new pizza additions also provide low calorie cheese-less pizza options, showcasing the same iconic Italian flavours with a local twist.

They are also launching a new cocktail and mocktail menu, perfectly suited for hot summer days.

Some of the hero dishes include:

• The vegan inspired ‘Manderin’ salad made up of fresh lettuce, coriander, corn, cashew nuts, orange segments, bean sprouts, spring onion, sesame seeds and an oriental dressing.
• The ‘Festa’,an excellent vegetarian pizza, butternut and tomato base topped with roasted red pepper, grilled zucchini, roasted butternut, pumpkin seeds and a delicious creamy pesto
• For the more adventurous diner, the‘Pineapple Carpaccio’ is a must, thinly sliced pineapple, minted sugar and berry granite
