The team at the Big Easy Winebar & Grill have created an unforgettable New Year’s Eve menu.
The evening starts with oven baked local oysters topped with spring onion, parmesan and spicy sundried tomato pesto which is followed by Tiger prawn, salmon and horseradish ravioli. You’ll also get to taste duck liver crusted with beetroot crumbs and confit leg of duck. Afterwards, a selection of three steaks will be presented on one epic tasting board to get the best of all worlds. To end the evening, a dark chocolate creme brulee will be presented. This five course dinner menu is available for R1100 per person.
