New Year’s Eve Celebrations at Bar Ba Coa

Bar Ba Coa is a celebration of the age old relationship between fire and food. Traditionally Barbacoa is a form of cooking meat over hot coals or fire and was widely practiced by the Gauchos of Argentina. Meat prepared this way is traditionally eaten with Chimichurri sauce, a delicious combination of olive oil, parsley, garlic, origanum, white wine vinegar, and sweet red pepper flakes.

Celebrate into the new year with Bar Ba Coa

The New Years party at Bar Ba Coa is becoming the stuff of legend. The restaurant serves Bar Ba Coa favourites as part of their 3 course dinner menu, while the DJ will start spinning the decks from 10h30 onwards.
