We love them because they make delicious pizza, but also because they make it WITH love. Col’Cacchio is the love-child – literally of two unlikely people who fell in love and had a dream all the way back in 1992. That’s a whole lotta love.
Now they’re opening a new store. It’s expected to be a massive hit with locals and internationals alike and is already open for business at Zimbali Wedge – an oasis of luxury and glamour on the north coast of Kwa Zulu Natal that provides the perfect family setting.
Col’Cacchio rose to fame making a wide range of gourmet thin-based wood-fired pizzas, hearty pastas and fresh salads. To add to their iconic favourites, they have also launched a Halaal menu.
Says co-founder Michael Terepolsky: “We are really excited about the new addition to the Col’Cacchio family and to be expanding our footprint in KZN. We look forward to meeting new people and serving our delicious offering to both the locals and travelling tourist. And we believe him. Col’Cacchio was the first to introduce Banting-friendly pizza and pasta and gluten-free and vegan alternatives.
