This month Big Easy Durban brings the best of Cape wines to Durban at the Best of the Cape Food and Wine Pairing Dinner. Jan Nico Coetzee, who has B.Sc. Honours in Wine Biotechnology and has spent the last ten years consulting on wine list compilation, brings his experience and wine knowledge to the table by choosing select wines from premium vintners. These wines have been expertly paired with a specially created menu from Chef Sbu Nhleko who has earned a sound reputation for his consistently exceptional dishes.
