Ingredients:

  • 60ml Solento Organic Tequila Respasado
  • 45ml Sanpellegrino Pompelmo
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Rim a tumbler glass with Himalayan salt.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake and then strain into the salt-rimmed tumbler glass.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit slice. Enjoy!
