This includes two slow braised lamb shanks in HPF Posmeester Merlot with classic sofrito vegetables and tomato pasata. This is finished with cannellini beans and a lemon parsley gremolata along with parmesan mashed potatoes. It also includes a bottle of Hermanuspietersfontein Posmeester 2019.
