We all love the experience of a perfectly prepared choux dessert. Famous bakeries sometimes build their reputation upon these intricate treats and rightly so. They are iconic pieces of classic french baking and it takes skill to master them. Here is a cooking class that will give you the tools to become a choux pastry master.
A 2-hour masterclass is available for only R350pp.
Hosted on Saturday, the 12th of March from 2pm to 4:30pm.
In this 2 hour class, you will be making, Eclairs, Profiteroles and Paris Brest. You will also learn classic fillings and basic recipes you can adjust for your flavour pallette.
