Ingredients:
- 60ml Cape Town Gin of choice
- 120 – 180ml Indian tonic water
- Ice
- Your fave garnish!
Method:
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add in the gin.
- Top up with tonic water and stir gently.
- Finally, add your choice of garnish.
