What’s on the Menu?
- For starters, the Bread Platter sets the tone with an array of delights, featuring 2 breads accompanied by tapenade, baba ganouche, hummus, pickled aubergine, whipped butter, confit cherry tomatoes, and marinated feta. The diverse options continue with tantalizing starters, including Beef Carpaccio with truffle mayo, deep-fried capers, parmesan crisps, wild rocket pesto, and smoked balsamic reduction; Salmon Gravlax with toasted sesame seeds, spicy fennel salad, and crispy won ton; or the refreshing Coconut Lime and Melon Gazpacho with toasted coconut flakes and paprika straws.
- Moving on to the mains, the choices are equally enticing. Options include Braised Short-Rib with polenta poppas, pickled onions, jalapeno mayonnaise, and a sautéed pepper fresh rocket salad; Potato Dumplings served with Napolitano sauce, feta, crispy basil leaves, shaved parmesan, olives, and artichokes; or Honey Glazed Chicken stuffed with goat’s cheese and walnuts, accompanied by a grilled beetroot, courgette and seed salad, pickled beetroot purée, confit potatoes, and walnut and herb cream.
