What’s on the Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu?

  • Executive Chef Tronette Dippenaar and Head Chef Daniel Blignaut will be pulling out all the stops with a pre-starter of Caramalized Miso Cheesecake, followed by a choice of Poached Prawn Gunkan or Saldanha Oyster Crème Brûlée. Main course options are Black Cherry Stuffed Chicken or Dry-aged beef sirloin, ending on a sweet note of Strawberry & Matcha Opera or Dark chocolate torte.
