The dinner will take place on 14 February 2023 from 6 pm, and will feature locally inspired dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. The menu includes G&T cured oysters with a ponzu dressing for the starter, a bread course, ravioli, kudu loin, herb crumbed kingklip, vegetable tartlet and a selection of desserts to end your meal on a sweet note.
