Eastland Pie Company is an online micro-bakery based in Green Point, Cape Town, specialising in American-style sweet pies.
All made by hand, from scratch, using the best, mostly local ingredients. Flavours change frequently, and each week you’re sure to find something new!
They started The Eastland Pie Company because it was impossible to find a real apple pie anywhere in South Africa. Sure, there are plenty of local interpretations, but nothing close to pie the way it’s made in the US—piled high with apples and using authentic American pie crust. So the Eastland team spent two years honing their pie-making skills and techniques to the point where they were ready to share their homemade pies with the rest of Cape Town.
