The Bakery at Jordan has created two unique dining experiences for Mother’s Day. These are sure to impress her! Join us for either a scrumptious 3-course breakfast/brunch or an elegant afternoon tea, overlooking the Stellenbosch valley.
For breakfast, be welcomed to the estate with a glass of Jordan MCC Blanc de Blancs 2015* per person followed by a delectable 3-course breakfast at The Bakery at Jordan. Awaken your taste buds with a starter granola disk with cardamom-infused yogurt parfait and spiced apple compote.
Follow this with a choice between two mains; a forest mushrooms on sourdough toast with coconut cream, ginger & chili with baba ganoush & lemon crème fraîche topped with a poached egg.
OR
The indulgent brioche French toast with streaky bacon, honey butter, pecan nuts, and fermented gooseberries. End the perfect morning on a sweet note, with their famous dark chocolate and salted caramel squares.
Breakfast / brunch includes tea or coffee per person with seating available at 08:00 or 11:00. The 3-course breakfast/brunch is R350.00 per person.
Are the kids joining us?
Order them a yummy breakfast including scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, and a glass of orange juice for R80.00 per child. This can be selected, during the booking process. Alternatively, indulge in an elegant afternoon tea starting at 14:00!
A selection of sweet and savoury canapés will be served, together with two hot beverages of your choice for R250.00 per person.
Entice the taste buds as you tuck into a mini bacon & leek quiche, sliced sourdough with lemon crème fraîche & olive tapenade, and Melba toast with apricot preserve, smoked snoek pâté & deep-fried capers. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a salted caramel square, mini Pavlova filled with crème patisserie & berry compote, and delicate lemon madeleines with orange cream cheese centre.
