The Sanctuary Restaurant on Kloof Street is thrilled to announce a special evening of culinary delight and exquisite wines with their Four-Course Wine Pairing Dinner, featuring Lyngrove Wine Estate.
Hosted on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 7 PM, this event promises an unforgettable dining experience that will tantalize your taste buds.
- Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Lyngrove MCC Pinot Noir Brut NV, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence. The dinner will feature four meticulously curated courses, each paired with one of Lyngrove’s finest wines. Highlights include the Platinum Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 and the award-winning Reserve Shiraz Pinotage 2022, paired with a decadent dark chocolate caramel tart with espresso syrup and cinnamon ice cream.
The menu begins with an amuse-bouche of Kingklip fish cake or smoked potato and green pea fritter, followed by a starter of cauliflower almond soup paired with Lyngrove Platinum Old Bushvine Chenin Blanc. For the main course, choose between lamb or a vegetarian chickpea, lentil, and barley en croute, complemented by Lyngrove Platinum Cabernet Sauvignon 2020.
