Under the guidance of Chef Jean-Theo Newman, who has recently transitioned to Chef Operator, the wine bistro is embracing a hands-on management style that promises to enhance both kitchen and service efficiency.

- The revamped menu, inspired by European trends, now features seasonal dishes categorized into sea, bush, farm, and hive. This innovative design allows guests to explore a diverse culinary range and discover dishes that suit their palate, reflecting the dual nature of the Enoteca as both a wine haven and a gourmet bistro.
A highlight of the new offerings is the Bubbly Hour, available from 4 PM to 6 PM on Tuesdays to Saturdays and all day Sunday.
