What’s on the Iftar buffet dinner menu?
- The evening begins with a selection of table plates featuring dates, beef and vegetable samoosas, and chicken pies. Guests can then indulge in a variety of cold mezze, including an artisanal bread selection served with hummus, marinated olives, sundried tomatoes, feta, tzatziki, and babaganoosh. A vibrant salad station offers fresh greens, tabbouleh, Arabic-style couscous, and a classic Caesar salad.
- The main course selection is a showcase of rich and aromatic dishes, including butter chicken curry, Sayadieh (Arabic roasted line fish), Shish Tawook (tender spiced grilled chicken), traditional beef korma, and braised potato and chickpea coconut curry. These dishes are complemented by haleem soup and fragrant pilaf rice.
- For a sweet finish, guests can enjoy Malay spiced milk tart, pistachio and rose knafeh-style cheesecake, almond and saffron-spiced basbousa, and a seasonal fruit salad.
