Experience an evening of food and wine at HQ’s Cellar Dwellers (comp closed)

Join Haut Espoir at Headquarters (HQ) on Saturday, 27 July2013 for an evening devoted to sublime cuisine paired with superlative wines: Cellar Dwellers at HQ.

Come the date of the event, we’ll be in the grip of the winter season. Shake off the chill with an indulgent night at the iconic steakhouse and bar located in Cape Town’s historic Heritage Square. The interior is sophisticated and moody with exposed stone walls and leather seating; it’s the perfect atmosphere for drinking wine—and on the night expect to feel as if you’ve stumbled upon an urban wine cellar.

Franschoek wine estate, Haut Espoir will host the evening and lead a tasting through their range of botique wines, which includes their renownd wine Gentle Giant. The estate is completely family-owned and driven; The High Hope (literal translation of the name Haut Espoir) at the farm is to make the absolute best wines on offer. The wine-tasting will be partnered with a three-course meal for R250; expect HQ’s famous sirloin and thin-cut fries as the main feature.

The night will be fun, informative and intimate, but only two words really matter: red wine and steak!
