As winter draws to a close, SALT at Waterford Estate is gearing up for the grand finale of its Winter Dinner series, an event that promises to be an unforgettable culinary experience.

- The final event of the season is a Thai dinner, a cuisine close to the heart of Chef Beau du Toit, who is classically trained in Thai culinary arts. This passionate and flavorful cuisine will be the highlight of the evening, with each dish thoughtfully paired with Waterford’s exquisite wines to enhance the dining experience. Guests are invited to arrive by 6:00 PM, with the dinner beginning promptly at 6:30 PM.
