Fairview has recently launched a new Pear with Caramel edition to their popular, handcrafted White Rock cheeses.
Mild and semi-soft, White Rock cheese contrasts beautifully with the fruity taste of pear and is finished off with a sweet punch of caramel flavour. White Rock is great to serve after dinner and can be enjoyed as it is or with biscuits, fresh berries or even wine-poached pears.
