Shimmy Beach Club, Cape Town’s favourite club, will throw an extravagant jungle-themed party on 2 January 2016 called “Aztech-Welcome to the Jungle.” Shimmy Beach Club as you know it, goes Mayan for a night of wild and naughty fun.
Jungle drummers, Mayan princesses, a liquid green laser show, specialty acts and amazing fire performances will build excitement all evening, mingled with popular deep house sounds. International DJ Wankelmut (Germany) – infamous for his Emma Louise remix “My Head is a Jungle” – headlines the evening alongside huge acts such as Sammi Morales (USA) and Valeron (Greece). Will Hutton of The Sunroom, creators of the event, says, “At last, a healthy thrust of Bohemia into Cape Town’s nightlife.”
