Join Fashion Flavours & Art, together with Shimmy Beach Club, as they celebrate the richness of life, at a charity fundraiser, in support of CANSA (Cancer Association of South Africa). Following the success of last year’s event, Ambienz Bespoke Concierge is organising an evening of Fashion Flavour & Art on Sunday, 3 July 2016.
Gorgeous Shimmy Beach Club, one of the event sponsors, will act as the perfect backdrop for an evening of true elegance, rich flavours and inspiring creativity. The theme for the night is “One Moment in Time” where we will share stories of life, love and strength.
Maserati luxury motor vehicles will set the scene as guests are welcomed with a glass of White Pinotage MCC from Deetlefs Wine Estate. As guests continue down the red carpet their senses will be ignited by the aromas of the Bvlgari fragrances and the breathtaking sculptures specially created by Schalk van der Walt, deflecting “Visions of Self”. He is an experienced craftsman, designer and recently turned Sculptor.
Guests will mingle at Shimmy’s beachfront venue, listening to the exquisite acoustic sounds of Amy May. The MC for the evening will be beautiful Top Billing presenter, Jade Hubner. There will also be a host of fabulous raffle prizes up for grabs, with all funds raised going directly to CANSA -a cause close to the heart of so many South Africans today.
The evening’s entertainment will include an inspired performance by Le Femme Fatales.
Schwarzkopf Professional Mrs South Africa 2016 finalists will model evening gowns by designers Joseph Ribkoff (Canadian), Werner Dey Couture (SA) and Anel Botha Couture (SA).
An exhibition by Jordan-Lee Garbuttas as he explores the transformation of energy from sound to kinetic energy; culminating in a visual presentation that celebrates the individuality, called ‘Power of Sound’.
