Cellarmaster Karl Lambour and Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst will be joined by the winemakers from De Grendel in Durbanville, Steenberg in Cape Town and Reyneke Organic Wines in Stellenbosch. Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst has crafted a magical six-course menu that pairs perfectly with each wine’s unique attributes. All for just R495 per person.
