They’ve been running wine, food and salt pairings for quite some time now it’s time that one lucky winner gets to recreate the experience at home. Chef Craig Cormack has just released a delicious mini-cookbook that put Fleur du Cap’s offerings to good use – showcasing how to use their artisinal salts that pair perfectly with their wines. Think along the lines of Merlot paired with Beef Carpaccio or Noble Late Harvest paired with delicious Maldon salted fudge.
