Fleur du Cap has triumphed as category winner with a Platinum rating for the second consecutive year for its star studded Noble Late Harvest in the 2016 South African Wine Index (SAWi).
In addition to the top score of 98,8/100 for Noble Late Harvest, Fleur du Cap secured four Grand Gold SAWi awards from this annual benchmark of South African wine excellence.
The Fleur du Cap Grand Gold achievers are the flagship Laszlo blend (94 points), Unfiltered Semillon (93,8), Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon (93,8) and Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc (93,3).
The 2016 SAWi Wine Excellence Awards recognises wines that have stood the test of time, based on the combined results a particular wine has achieved across multiple vintages in over 100 different local and international wine competitions, including reviews and listings.
