Charla Bosman, winemaker for Sijnn Wines will be joining Cafe Charles for one evening only on Thursday, 5th November, for an exquisite wine tasting and food pairing collaboration.
For those of you who don’t know of Sijnn Wines, everything they do revolves around their unique location and terroir. They believe in natural farming and natural winemaking and focus their skills on blending Mediterranean-style varieties that are best suited to the climate of Malgas.
