Join Aubergine Restaurant at Auslese for an exploration of Koen Roose’s wines
You will start the evening with an aperitif and canapes after which winemaker, Koen Roose, will present his wines with Harald’s four course paired menu.
The Spioenkop range will always be produced exclusively from fruit grown by Koen and his team on the farm in Elgin and endeavours to show the uniqueness and quality of the terroir via an obsessive commitment to farming.
The 1900 range is made from a combination of his own and bought-in fruit, and is generally made for earlier drinking than the Spioenkop label while maintaining an elegant and refined approach.
