Gin & Canapé Experience at the Conservatory
G&T and canapé pairing with six canapes designed by Chef Nicholas Goldschmidt. This is available from 5pm from Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Price is R395 per person and 24 hours notice required.
Gin Making Experience at the Conservatory
Craft your own gin with the expert assistance of their Gin Mixologist. Start the evening with a gin & canape tasting, before moving into creating your own bottle of gin by infusing your own botanicals into the bottle. This takes place every Friday from 6pm and the price is R495 per person.
Sundowner Gin & Jazz
To celebrate World Mountain Day on 11 December. Settle down to a spectacular sunset and live jazz. Bring along your own blankets and cushions, but no chairs due to space constraints. The time is 5pm for 6pm until 8pm. Price is R295 per person and includes welcome drink and snacks.
