Join Aubergine for an African wine pairing dinner on 27 February at 7pm.
Renowned Ghanaian chef, Selassie Atadika, will delight guests with an incredible seven course menu with flavours from Liberia, South Sudan and Kenya.
Selassie was born in Ghana and raised in New York and spent many years working with the United Nations before pursuing a culinary career and running pop-up dinner events and making chocolate. She aims to use traditional grains and proteins to bring classic African flavour.
The cost of this event is R2,310, including wine and gratuity.
