Asian cuisine knows comfort food better than any.
Chef Kuan creates dishes that burst with fresh and delicious flavours paired with his knowledge and masterful techniques this is hard class to beat. This class starts at 1pm.

- The Kitchen Collective can’t wait to host you, but this time with Covid- 19 precautions in place.
Everyone (unless arriving in couples or small groups) will be assigned to their own stations where you will ‘cook- along’ to prepare your 3 course meal with the help of the class lead chef, and the passionate team.
What’s on the Menu?
- Seafood and glass noodle
- Northern lard style chicken in lettuce boat
- Somtam papaya & green mango
- Koh Samui style Trio of fish carpaccio
- Pad Thai Pattaya – stir fry noodle with spicy tangy sauce , wrapped In omelet
- Fresh Mango sticky Rice
The in-studio classes will have a maximum class attendance and follow strict hygiene and social distancing practices and guests will be cooking at their own station unless arriving in pairs.
The cooking class will include:
- All food and ingredients
- Appetiser on arrival, as well as the 3 course menu
- Basic wines (depending on restrictions)
- Waters (still and sparkling)
- Recipes
- Gratuity
